At present, China is in a critical period of building a moderately prosperoussociety. Countries,in order to achieve leapfrog development in Xinjiang, hasinvested large sums of money. The move makes the Xinjiang economy, socialstructure and morphology are gradually changing. What comes next is the people’sway of thinking, behavior, lifestyle, value systems changing. This is intensified theXinjiang people, especially university students in Xinjiang conflicts on thethoughts and hearts, conflicts, stress. Making more and more university studentsin Xinjiang such problems arise in the psychology and behavior. Universitystudents in Xinjiang due to depression, dropping out of school, commit suicidethings happen from time to time on our side. They sounded a warning to us withtheir stories, constantly. It is high time for us to take great concern on collegestudents’ psychological health in Xinjiang.This paper research to improve the university students in Xinjiang ideologicaland political education of frustration tolerance. explore effective traininguniversity students in Xinjiang afford ability frustration ways in theory andpractice. In this study, the overall layout of the paper is as follows:The first part is an introduction. It is the subject of this study is a descriptionof the overall situation. First, the discussion of the proposed research backgroundreason, purpose, significance; secondly, review literature again briefly at thedeficiencies in existing studies, the hypothesis of this study. Finally, talk about myresearch ideas and methods throughout the study process.The third part is the status of the investigation. This part is an important partof the empirical study of this research project.The fourth part is the cause analysis. This part is the cause analysis subjectiveand objective aspects of reasons of the College Students in Xinjiang frustration tolerance status quoThe fifth proposed countermeasures. This part is base on the part three andfour,from four individual students, family education, school education, socialeducation, especially university students in Xinjiang raise the ideological andpolitical education in frustration tolerance measures to enhance school education.The sixth part is the conclusion. The issue of affordability of universitystudents in Xinjiang setbacks do a comprehensive summary. Finally, the paperreferenced documents attached questionnaire and a list of graduate learningprocess published papers.
