Since ancient times,with the will of perseverance is the traditional virtues of our Chinese nation.Such as "thousands of grinding million also strong,any Seoul things north and south wind","Bao Jianfeng from sharpening,plum blossom from the bitter cold" and so on,are a kind of praise against the collapse of power.At present,the sudden burst of emergencies of college students,from which we exposed the lack of frustration in education,coupled with the expansion of the University,the sharp increase in the number of employment,the cultivation of college students have become a college student training Of the important content.Therefore,it is very necessary for college students to setback education and employment education.They are also the important contents of current ideological and political education.This paper attempts to explore the relationship between college students' frustration and employment,in order to find a specific path to enhance the two.In order to study the relationship between college students' frustration and employability,find out the ways to improve the employability of college students,this study uses The Questionnaire of College Students' Frustration by Wang Yongjie and Self-rating Scale for College Students' Employability by He Zhaohong,Lv Zhaohua to do the research.Questionnaire survey was conducted on the eight colleges and universities of Guangxi Normal University,Guangxi Normal University,Guilin University of Science and Technology,Guilin University of Science and Technology,Guilin University of Electronic Science and Technology,Yulin Normal University,Lijiang University of Guangxi Normal University,Hezhou University and Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities.1018 students in the information is as a research data,use the social science system software Spss19.0 to do the data processing,and finally come out the status and relevance of college students' frustration affordability and employability.Through the difference analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis of college students' frustration and employability,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The college students' frustration and tolerance are divided into 2.61 points(taking the four grades).In the scale of 2 or more,the average of the factors is floating in the range of 2.33-3.00,followed by:personal coping>behavior>External influences>negative emotions,which shows that the overall level of college students' frustration is on the upper side.In the analysis of demographic variables,the performance of female college students(0.01<P<0.05)was significantly higher than that of male college students.In the grade,in the overall situation of frustration,freshman,sophomore,junior and senior(P<0.05).There was a significant difference(P<0.05)in the professional performance factors(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the overall and negative emotions and external influencing factors in family income(P<0.05).There was a significant difference(P<0.05)in the family type,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).There was a significant difference(P<0.05)in the number of coping factors,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the individual coping factors and the individual coping factors(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the students and the students on the cadres'2.The average employability rate of college students is divided into 3.30 points(taking five grades),the median value of 3 or more,the factors are divided between 3.08-3.44 floating,followed by the order:interpersonal skills>self-development capacity>Employment self-confidence>practical ability>adaptability,which shows that the overall level of employability of college students is good(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the types of college students 'employability and self-development and practical ability(P<0.05).The interpersonal communication ability factor of college students' employability(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the interpersonal communication ability of college students'fertility(P<0.05);whether sex,family income,the only child or not was on the basis of whether there was a significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between college students' employability and various factors(P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between college students' frustration and overall employability(P<0.01).Indicating that the higher the college students' frustration,the stronger the employability.The frustration of college students has a positive predictive effect on the employability.The explanatory rate is 14.2%,that is,the change of 14.2%of the employability is influenced by the change of the setback.There were significant positive correlations between the three factors(P<0.01)on the self-development ability,interpersonal communication ability,employment self-confidence and practical ability of college students,and the positive factors(P<0.01).There was no correlation between the adaptive ability factor and the individual coping factor(P>0.05).From the point of view of each factor,the setback was positively correlated with the risk factors The negative emotions,behavioral performance,and individual coping factors are the predicting variables of employability,and the explanatory rate for employability can be 15.3%.In the linear regression analysis of the three factors,the explanations of the employment rate of college students were 10.2%,26.2%and 12.5%respectively,for the negative emotions and behavior of college students' employment and frustration.Based on the above results,this study sorted out the path of college students' employment.This path is based on the analysis of the correlation between college students' frustration affordability and employment force,mainly from two big directions.First,from the perspective of ideological and political education to enhance the setbacks to put forward some countermeasures,respectively,from the social,school and family to grasp.Secondly,some countermeasures are put forward to improve the level of college students' employment from the perspective of cultivating frustration.Mainly from the emotional management of college students,regulate the behavior of college students and students to actively deal with personal aspects,in order to explore the path of college students to improve employment.
