Since the nation-state established, the process of the central regime is trying to establish a regime that is always accompanied by the interaction of national power and local society. Guangxi is located in the land of the South China, which is deviating from the state power center since ancient times, the depth and magnitude of the state power sinking have become an independent school. This study takes the regional manor culture vicissitude in the local society of southern frontier as an example, which is in purpose to present the reality of the regional manor buildings change in the national narrative track, then explore the uniqueness of the interaction pattern of central regime and local society with the special events take place in the partial corner and the interaction experience of central regime and local society appeared by local cultural entity changes which affects the local society.Historically, Guangxi erupted many large-scale peasant uprisings such as the Zhuang people’s uprising leaded by Nongzhigao, Yao people’s uprising in Datengxia and Jintian Uprising, the interaction between the central regime and local society has exsited since ancient times. Before Qing dynasty, the governance in Guangxi local society, especially rural social depends on the lineage organizations and village system, the patriarchal clan or family are the main power in the rural society which has a certain degree of autonomy; In the late Qing dynasty and early period of the republic of China, under the context of domestic trouble and foreign invasion, the tentacles of the national power are gradually penetrating into the extensive rural areas for seizing the resources of rural areas, the local traditional social governance power is gradually collapsed by the government’s administrative power from top to bottom at last. Then, a period of frequent interaction between the central regime and local society formed.In Hema,Wuxuan of Guangxi province, Liu family ancestors’behavior that gives their lives to the nation has catered to the will of the central regime in the early time, which provides an opportunity for the central regime to requisition the local resources of Liu clan. The central regime sinks the national authority to the manor building entity of Liu family with giving awards to the Liu clan, rewarding Plaque and named "Ancestral Temple" by the royal, which formed a fixed national symbol to reveal the hidden force of national power and its constancy. But on another level, the Liu family provides implicit convenience for the peasant uprising military while formally accepting the resources of national power. When it comes to the late Qing dynasty and early period of the republic of China, the context of the disputed power takes the people into destitute, national power sinking into the local society frequently, the new discourse group are rising comes to the formation. As a result, the leading position of local family in Wuxuan and its conflicting attitudes towards the central regime and local society have been highlighted. In the framework of local manor entity, the local of Interaction of central regime and local society have been presented and begins taking shape. During the period of the warlord, a part of the local clan (family) in Wuxuan regained power resources by re-use of the local history resources. At the same time, the unique regime condition in Guangxi makes the local family who are good at accumulating wealth to join the landlord warlords. During this period, the central regime control in the local society has been enhanced. In order to penetrate the local society, the national power takes the manors as a symbol of power while based on the local manor building entity. The pattern of interaction between the central regime and local society is different from other regions when the Wuxuan manor entities form a cluster that becomes a fact. Since then, the interaction of central regime and local society in Wuxuan takes gradual process within the framework of the whole evolutionary history and the Wuxuan manors still play a role on being an interaction stage.As a case of the modern tourism festival, for the purpose of reintegrating the historical resources which have been buried by the traditional village, the Wuxuan manors are brought back to the operation of the power stage by taking the modernity as the mainstream discourse. However, the modernity narrative in the rural, in a certain extent, is playing the performance of "cultural tragedy", which reconstructs the Village’s life rhythm and the meaning of life and give an unknown challenge for how to maintain the rural social order. When the Village Manor culture is changing, the cultural meaning is being constructed, the village society’s future direction has unconsciously come into people’s attention in the view.Throughout the history experience of manor vicissitude in Wuxuan, the author thinks that the local manor entities are carrying the operation logic of national power in the local society and the historical memory of the local resources in response to the national power. The practice of the interaction between the central regime and local have seen the establishment and change of local social order and affected the future direction of local society. While the operation logic and the practical results of this practice have appeared in the experience of the local manor vicissitude.
