In the new era, China’s education reform and development needs of the large number of outstanding faculty. In order to help culturing outstanding teachers, teacher education curriculum evaluation system is particularly important. The scientific and reasonable evaluation system is necessary.For our country, the study and explore of mathematics teacher education and training course evaluation index system is still in its infancy. Meanwhile, the online course evaluation is only for the Internet itself and interactive user experience. It is lack of depth evaluation of teaching content and quality. The Tianjin fifth cycle mathematics teacher training course evaluation system bases on the previous studies further explore its features. We want to design a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system for Tianjin fifth cycle mathematics teacher training curriculum.The study will provide support and help for construction and improvement of Tianjin mathematics teachers training curriculum.By consulting a large number of books, journals and related articles, analyzing the contents of the relevant mathematics teachers continuing education training curriculum evaluation, mathematics teachers continuing education training in course construction and actual implementation, find the key issues of curriculum evaluation. Communicating with Mathematics experts, educational technology experts, users and management training courses, we can understand the current status of the construction and evaluation of the curriculum and the actual operating conditions of the course. Tianjin fifth cycle evaluation system of teacher training courses on the basis of previous studies further explore its characteristics, starting from a different dimension, objective, comprehensive, multi-angle to evaluate courses. Finally established by mathematics curriculum evaluation needs specialists, experts in educational technology, curriculum and teachers’continuing education courses learner management personnel jointly conducted four evaluators, Which team teaching mathematics curriculum specialists, curriculum content and teaching design evaluation; educational technology and instructional design experts to evaluate the technical aspects of the network; curriculum instructional design courses for learners, and evaluation of teaching management component; courses managers evaluate teaching management section. Thus the design of a set of scientific and comprehensive applied to Tianjin fifth cycle evaluation index system of mathematics teacher training courses for the construction and improvement of mathematics teachers in Tianjin continuing education training courses provide theoretical support and help.
