At preasent, with the rapid development of advanced education, a large number of graduates highly educated join the teacher group in Baodi high scools. There is no doubt that they add vigor and vitality to the development of secondary education in the district. However, if these novice teachers are not given timely and effective help, they, as new force in the teacher troop, will directly influnce their professional development, as a result of which, it will affect the quality of the whole teachers and block the level of education in the whole district. Therefore, strengthening the training of the novice teachers is not only an important task and urgent demand for the development of education, but also the inevitable requirement to improve the quality of education thoroughly. In real teaching process, the effect of the training in Baodi is not ideal so that some problems still exist. It’s very urgent and necessary to reaserch the training strategies about the novice teachers’ training in Baodi.In order to complete this article,I found out the existing theories and experience home and abroad, adopting the methods of document analysis, questionnaire, and interview. Focusing on the current training situation in Baodi high schools, I handed out300questionnaires to the novice teachers from the high schools, through which I could further understand the present training situation in Baodi high schools. I finally came up with some strategies by summarizing the existing problems, including positive attitude to training, comprehensive and detailed training process, various and outstanding approaches and courses to training, powerful and considerate training service,as well as reasonable and discretionary evaluation system.
