Based on the development of china, especially the practice and prospect of rural development in Tianjin, the thesis expounds the peasant training of suburb in systematic analysis. At the same time, it puts forward some opinions and suggestions to make peasant training play a more important role in promoting rural economy and social development.The thesis adopts the method of macroscopical statistics combined with the method of typical investigation. Firstly, the author refers to domestic and international documents about peasant's training which is classified afterwards; Secondly, the author carries on an overall investigation in all levels of peasant training to find out the basic situation of peasant training in Tianjin; Finally, on the basis of analysis of documents and all-around investigation, the author investigates a typical county's situation systematically and have an informal discussion with experts and relevant personnel to find out their overall appraisal and forecast of peasant training, which is regarded as an important component of this thesis.The author analyses the development course of peasant training in Tianjin since the foundation of our country, expounds the current state and new demand which is put forward by socio-economic development of peasant training and make an objective analysis of various problems which affect peasant training. The author proposes the development strategy from the aspects of development trend, the value selection and principle of reform goal, the reform target and mode selection of peasant training, etc.The author draws the conclusion that the peasant training must be strengthened and improved to propose the following suggestions: 1. Set up leading organ for country labor training to realize government's function of regulation and control. 2. Set up consultative committee of experts. 3.Strengthen the construction of training system and combine educational resources. 4. Insist on the classification to training. 5. Set up peasant's career guidance organization. 6. Strengthen the legislation work to advance the legal construction of peasant training.
