There are two kinds of contracts between members and organization. One is formal and obvious economic contract; another is informal and implicit psychological contract. Though psychological contract does not have strong binding on employees like economic contract, it influences the work attitude and behavior of employees, and even affects the development of the organization. According to the characteristics of the independent colleges in Fujian province, in the teachers’ management, the introduction of psychological contract, colleges can better supplement the shortage of economic contract, better understand teachers’psychological needs, better meet their reasonable requirements, and effectively improve teachers’working passion and enthusiasm, increase their loyalty and satisfaction of the college and also can do good to the development of independent colleges.The author uses analysis method of combination of theory and practice, comparative analysis method and sampling method to conduct the study in the article. The author uses the existing problems of the current situation of teachers’ psychological contract of independent colleges in Fujian province as the breakthrough point, analyses and finds out the causes of problems, and to explore important way and strategy for good psychological contract management in teachers of independent colleges and universities in Fujian province.The paper is divided into five chapters. In the first chapter, the author tries to give a foreword of the paper, which mainly includes the study background and the importance of the paper, research literature review, the main contents, methods and technology roadmap; The second chapter includes related concepts defined and related theories,which mainly include psychological contracts, incentive theory and the theory of career; The third chapter is mainly to analyze the data of the questionnaire of teachers’ psychological contract of independent colleges in Fujian province and make a conclusion; Then in the fourth chapter, the author tries to explain the existing problems and causes of teachers’ psychological contract of independent colleges in Fujian province; At last, in the fifth chapter the author makes a conclusion and tries to give suggestions and countermeasures on how to deal with the existing problems of teachers’ psychological contract of independent colleges in Fujian province.
