| With the economic developing, the living standard of people has been raising, also, the working attitude and behaviors of staff has been changed greatly, so is teachers as human capital in Colleges and universities, they are not simply pursuiting of material needs, more importantly, higher achievements mentally, therefore non-monetary Compensation likethe work environment, mutual relationship, occupation development etc. seems more attractive. However, from the practice of management, the means of college teachers incentive is still limited, too much emphasis on monetary incentive only, causing low working enthusiasm of teachers, lack of sense of belonging, easy flow problems. Therefore, understanding the needs of college teachers, anylize the incentive situation and reason, put forward the non monetary compensation incentive model, arouse the potential of teachers, improve their work enthusiasm, become the core issue of human resource management in college.A paper-based, formal contract would be signed when teacher get in to Colleges and universities, but teachers in universities and colleges would hold a psychological expectations deep in their heart, so is colleages and universities to teachers, this is the psychological contract, psychological contract restricts the responsibilities and obligations of both parties and play an important role in affetcing teachers’attitudes and behavior plays. Therefore, this article from the perspective of psychological contract, research on non monetary incentive problem of teachers in Colleges and universities of Hunan Province.In this paper, through studying domestic and foreign relevant articles and related theory on psychological contract and non monetary incentive, with the form of questionnaire, aming at the problem of non monetary incentive situation and reasons in colleges and universities of Hunan province, considering the characteristics of college teachers occupation, constructs a set of non monetary incentive mode of College teachers. This paper from the following aspects to demonstrate:First, make an summary and the induction of the theory of psychological contract and non monetary compensation research and incentive theory, human capital theory of college teachers; second, defined the concepts, and analyzed the characteristics of college teacher’s; third, through questionnaire investigation, on the basis of previous research, analyze non monetary incentive pay factors, and then from the theoretical aspect and the questionnaire survey respectively, analyze non monetary incentive situation and reasons in the Hunan Province ordinary university; fourth, on the basis of the existing incentive model and the extracted factors of non monetary incentive pay based on the psychological contract, construct non monetary incentive mode, and use the analytic hierarchy process analysis on non monetary compensation factor index measurement, finally put forward management suggestions on the implementation of non monetary incentive. |
