Study On The Needs Of Community Care Services At Home And TheCountermeasures

Our country has gradually stepped forward in an aging society since the1990s. The problem of the supporting old people is sticking out. With the increasing of the aging population, the problem of serving and caring the old people becomes the main element. There are more concerns on the problem that how to promote home-based services and less concerns on disabled home-based caring services.This thesis has analysis and studied the development condition domestic and international countries home-based caring services by collecting abundant documents. We will precede it from the needs of community caring service by using wide internet lines and make an analysis on it. Then, we get a conclusion. Finally, we will compare our situation with foreign countries and put forward some pertinent countermeasures and advices.This thesis will reflect the truth that the disabled people need caring service, healthcare,housekeeping,spiritual culture and the mode of living by investigating on Yongji Street, Nanguan district, Changchun. Meanwhile, we find the phenomenon about demanding exceed supply and the imperfect of community caring service and the problems of less workers and low qualities. These problems badly influnced the living standards of old disabled people.People can not afford such high pay and we give less attention to the community caring service at the same tiem. These are the factors resulting the development is stricted with. These need the our efforts by goverment, community and every single person. We need to expand service objects, to enlarge financial ways widely and to reinforce the development of humen resources.Finnaly, we need to complete community caring servicing projects constantly.
