Rural surplus labor force with the socio-economic aspects of the development of the transfer to the city,Most of the rural families young adults go out to work,the children stay home to become left behind children.They are guarded by guardianship,guarded by relatives,or guarded by one of their parents or guarded by peers,and some even self-care.Many of these monitoring methods will have a negative impact on the physical and mental health of left-behind children,lack of interpersonal skills lead to interpersonal barriers is one of the performance,and good interpersonal relationships can help children stay better and better adapt to society.In this study,300 students of the questionnaire were sent to the left-behind students of the Jung-jung nine-year school in Fuling District,Fuling District,Chongqing,and 288 valid questionnaires were obtained.The number of left-behind children was 146.In addition,five left-behind children,two left-behind child guardian,two class teachers conducted an interview.Through interviews with the target audience,the author concludes that the interpersonal barrier of the left-behind children is mainly manifested as follows: the first is the relationship with the parents-parent-child alienation;the second is the relationship with other guardians(grandparents,relatives,etc.)Poor,contradictory conflict;the third is the interaction with the peers group-seeking peer recognition,a strong sense of loneliness;the fourth is the relationship with the teacher-ignore the psychological,teacher-student relationship alienated.Left-behind children interpersonal barriers to the formation of reasons for their own reasons,family reasons,school reasons,community reasons four.The author chose eight groups of children with intercourse barriers,the author conducts a needs assessment,a clear intervention point and intervention strategies,and develops a group program of activities.In the middle stage,the main task of social workers is to guide the team members to carry out interpersonal skills learning,emotional catharsis,etc.,to enhance the team cohesion,so that members of the team,the team members to understand the self get the sense of belonging and companion support;the final stage,the team members through the daily life of the common and typical interpersonal scene scene simulation,through the role of play,learn from the correct interpersonal skills.During the work of the group,the author found that one of the group members had no obvious improvement in the situation of interpersonal communication and implemented case counseling.After the conclusion of the work of the group and the closing of the case work,the author has made a significant improvement in the situation of interpersonal communication through the self-evaluation of clients,the evaluation of important others and the evaluation of the researchers.Social work intervention in children's interpersonal barriers should always run through the advantages of perspective,should not leave the children tag,problem,with a dominant perspective on the left-behind children's problems,to help them tap their own advantages,and actively develop their potential.Social workers in the provision of services should actively use the social work to help others professional methods and techniques,through the study found that group work and case work combined with the intervention of children left behind obstacles to better solve the problem.Most of the left-behind children live in the family and school system.Good family environment,especially intimate parent-child relationship is of great significance to the development of the interpersonal relationship of left-behind children,and the integration of various resources in schools and communities can Children's interpersonal development play an active role.
