The Assessment Of Chinese Foreign Cooperative Education In University And Optimization Of Evaluation Index System

As according as the constant progress of technology and speed development of social productivity, high education will be facing a new reformation in china. In this general background that international high education has been changed, china-foreign cooperation in education acquire advance development. It stimulate the progress of our economy、society、high education. However, looking at the whole situation at present, china-foreign cooperation in education still has been in the exploration stage and has revolved in different problems. At the end of2013july, in the supervision information platform, ministry of education agreed to establishing more than eight hundred institutions and projects, among which there are over forty institutions and others are projects. But, universities have attracted advanced education resource as soon as vary quality of education、low level establishment、deficiency of systemic evaluation plan has often appeared. In order to further regulate Chinese foreign cooperation education, Ministry has evaluated it with evaluation program of Chinese foreign cooperation education that publish in2009. However, There are specially no index weights and no objective or operative index in this evaluation program promulgated by Ministry of education.So, with starting point of evaluation plan of china-foreign cooperation in education promulgated by ministry of education in2009, theory basis of analytic hierarchy process, analyzing domestic and abroad evaluation index model in order to built a evaluation index model for china-foreign cooperation education institutions of university. It will be exerting reference function while ministry of education and evaluation institutions、universities launch integrity assessment.
