In recent years,with the vigorous development of China’s education,vocational education has in the national education system accounted for a important position,responsible for training of diversified talents,promote students employment and Entrepreneurship of responsibility.As the main force of vocational education,technical college is more important..In order to meet the social demand for professional talents,school enterprise cooperation is technical college training practical and technical talents,an important measure to improve the chances of employment.School enterprise cooperation is to market demand,industry transformation as a guide,to cultivate students’ comprehensive quality and comprehensive ability as the goal,make full use of the resources of all kinds of schools and enterprises,so as to cultivate the talents with high skill.However,the major technical colleges also carried out the school enterprise cooperation,but most of the cooperation projects just stay on the surface,did not make real progress.Investigate the reason,the Institute of technology choice of enterprise cooperation enterprise matching degree is not high,resulting in school enterprise cooperation efficiency is lower.Therefore,this paper explores the combination of engineering and learning enterprise with the choice of enterprise has important practice and theoretical significance.This paper is based on the D Institute of logistics management as an example,through the survey,personal interviews,quantitative and qualitative analysis of D college enterprise cooperation partner selection,mainly in the selection method,select the existing process,evaluation mechanism problems;then using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),building the cooperation partner selection model AHP operation method,analysis model,the corresponding calculation results;thirdly,the paper analyzes the application of AHP model in the selection of the cooperation effect,mainly can be selected,enhance the stability,enhance the cycle of practice of "school enterprise" three party satisfaction,and verify the feasibility and safety of AHP model;finally,put forward D college enterprise cooperation partner selection approach to science,through these initiatives to ensure the scientific selection of cooperation partners,and ultimately improve the quality of training talents and technical college.
