| Over the years,the education of school and production has been in relativelyindependent state. However, with the rapid development of science and technology andthe knowledge economy, this traditional, independent development model of schools andbusinesses can not meet the development of economic and technology.Since theimplementation of school-enterprise cooperation project in1992, marked the official startof school and enterprise cooperation and the rapid development in the country. As animportant mode of technological innovation, the strategic importance in the process ofeconomic development has become a consensus in a wide range of major developedcountries. In China, the school and enterprise cooperation has also been referred to thenational strategic level, and gradually become an important part of the national innovationsystem.This paper reviews the connotation of Enterprise-University Cooperation,Enterprise-University Cooperation index system and related policy research at home andabroad.It discovered that scholars’ research on Enterprise-University Cooperation mainlyfocuses on the macro level, and the relevant quantitative study is rare.On the basis ofprevious academic research, this paper firstly has a scientific and comprehensive analysisof meaning of Enterprise-University Cooperation.Then,this paper established anevaluation index system of Enterprise-University Cooperation development level based onthe six aspects of ability to project cooperation, project development capabilities, projecteconomic, social projects, project management and project risk prevention capacity byusing system theory.This index system is composed of23indicators,and covers6aspectswhich comprehensive evaluated Enterprise-University Cooperation development level.Onthe basis of the evaluation model, the paper calculated the weight of each index by usinganalytic hierarchy process (AHP) and studied some success cases of colleges-enterprisesresearch institutions at home and abroad,from which to extract valuableexperience.Finally,based on the above research,this paper put forward some practicalpolicy recommendations for the development of colleges-enterprises research institutions. |
