HRM researchers have been thinking about how to improve staff efficiency. With furtherresearch, from a positive point of view of the psychological state of employees, to explore how to improve the work of employee engagement, to improve job performance has become a mainstream research purposes. This paper attempts to apply the basic method of research into work, jobinvolvement of college student leaders to analyze the situation, to provide the necessary support to strengthen the cultivation theory College Student Leaders to promote college student management.In this paper, through empirical investigation, found that college student leaders generally not high degree of job involvement, and different genders, different education, different grades and student leaders working in various student organizations, their work put into the situation that there are some differences. And analyzes the factors that influence the organization of its work put in, the main reason is because the low end of the job content, evaluation unreasonable, inadequate incentives, poor working conditions, did not recruit the right people, work under pressure and other effects of work tissue factor inputs, whereby the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures:to increase students’ participation in school management cadres, improve the assessment mechanism, the incentive to take reasonable measures to provide good working conditions, recruitment of student leaders to establish a scientific system to ease working pressure. Create cadres for training college students to exercise a good environment, and enhance their work into, and promote the healthy development of university teaching.
