Mathematics is a major discipline throughout the educationprocess, which is a basic subject and also a tool for the other disciplines. Caseteaching as a new teaching mode has been hitting our daily teaching as we were stillin its advanced bold idea. The importance about it is obviously. The author and a lotof math teachers on the base of the psychology, education and the combination,some teacher’s teaching experience for many years, take the initiative to meet on thisnew teaching mode. All the pattern is the most taboo to apply mechanically, but atthe first stage we have to start from imitation, and then constantly according to oursituation, and the students, environment, take the adaptive correction for newteaching mode, And try to improve this kind of advanced teaching model system.Although it hard to walk in the front of explorer, but increasingly rich and maturenew teaching mode will eventually make more students obtain mathematicselementary knowledge, and also help students to form good learning habits, and alsocan promote the students to gradually construct diversified learning methods, so thatthe students no longer tired for learning, cultivate a strong interest in learning.Case teaching is the response to this request out of the progressive development of ateaching method."Case teaching" is developed gradually, based on the requirementof a way of teaching.We can under the drive of such a clear goal, will present theongoing "Case teaching" model flexibly applied to the mathematics teaching.The thesis is divided into six parts. The first part is preface that puts forwardthe case teaching environment about background of the present study (mainlydisplays in the middle part), and a simply analysis of the status, and show the objectof study,put forward the purpose and meaning of this study. The second part is therelevant concepts in mathematics teaching, theoretical basis and exposition for thebasic of case teaching. The third part is the author of the study methods, tools andobject, the method of tool first the mathematical statistics means to complete, theobject of learning for the implementation of the case teaching performanceanalysis; Methods tools depend on teachers and students’ questionnaires, analysis ofthese two tools will appear in the fifth part. The study of the performance data fromLongQuan fifth sixth grade7-9, on the other hand, there are a number of test data tostudents, teachers, and even teaching methods accordingly. The fourth sectionmainly presents ChengDu LongQuan case teaching, the basic teaching mode and the corresponding evaluation system. In this part here attached a teaching case. Fifthsection is the heart of the present study which shows that the experiment purpose andaccording to design experiment and obtain the corresponding experimental data,analysis data, combined with questionnaire results find out the problems existing inthe present case teaching can. The sixth section is the summary of the problems fromthe fifth part, and puts forward corresponding suggestions on the direction.
