| At present,China’s rural education is the short board of domestic education development.The country urgently needs to change the current situation of rural education.Rural primary education is not only a part of rural education,but also the formal starting point of rural children’s education.As a practitioner of rural primary education,teachers bear the responsibility that can not be ignored.Therefore,in order to develop rural primary education,we must first develop rural primary school teachers.Teacher training is an effective way for rural primary school teachers,and the state also strongly supports rural primary school teachers to improve their quality through training.This study uses the research methods of questionnaire and interview to analyze the current demand situation of rural primary school teachers’ training in eight aspects,sort out the real demand of rural primary school teachers for the current training,and further explore the factors affecting the current training demand of rural primary school teachers.It is found that the current rural primary school teachers have a strong demand for training.Among them,rural primary school teachers have the highest demand for professional skills in the training content.The specific demand content of professional skills dimension includes ten aspects: teaching design ability,teaching scheme implementation ability and classroom teaching organization ability.Rural primary school teachers also have strong training needs for the education of left behind children and problem students with rural characteristics.They hope to solve these specific teaching practice problems by participating in training activities with the special needs of rural teachers.Combined with the questionnaire and interview data,it is analyzed that the current situation affecting teachers’ training needs includes teachers’ work factors,training factors and school factors.Based on the in-depth analysis of the survey results,this study mainly puts forward the following suggestions for teachers,training institutions and schools: rural primary school teachers should improve their reflection ability,deeply tap their own training needs,pay attention to teachers’ ethics and general knowledge;Training institutions should take rural primary school teachers as the main body,improve the pertinence of training demand analysis,build a reasonable training and assessment method for rural primary school teachers,and enhance the incentive of training and assessment;Schools should establish rural primary school teacher training communities Improve the management system of school-based training. |
