On The Present Situation And Countermeasure Of Early Warning Mechanism Of Middle School Against Campus Public Emergency Of High Schools In Urban Luzhou City

The main task of senior high school is to train thestudents’ talent, and to accomplish the foundation education for college. So to timelyand effectively to avoid a dominant potential crisis has extremely significance and thepotential crisis should be lowered to the least. Thus, the school emergencymanagement is an important subject in the field of researching middle schooleducation and management. In recent years，the frequent occurrence of middle schoolstudents emergencies not only threatens the stability and development of the highschool campus，but also posed a challenge to the traditional management system andmode of middle school campus.How to keep the stability and development of middle school campus，effectiveprevention and solution of the campus emergencies have aroused common concern ofour government and society. But from the previous research，study of post disposaland deal with the more inclined to emergencies，the need of emergency early warningand intervention research obviously lags behind reality. So the exploration andresearch of early warning mechanism for the middle school campus emergencies areurgent. Not only in theory can contribute to the emergency of the high school campusto promote the role of the field, increase the accumulation of knowledge， but alsocan provide theoretical guidance for secondary school campus emergencymanagement, which has practical significance for the effective construction of earlywarning mechanism against middle school campus emergencies.This paper mainly covers the present situation of the causes of campusemergencies and the procedures of dealing with the emergencies and the basic of thepaper is the present situation of three urban senior high schools of Luzhou city, massive related literature materials, and previous research results home and abroad.Having surveyed the present situation of the three samples, the paper tries to figureout the potential problems from the management experience from schools of westerndeveloped countries, Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
