The Research Of The Postgraduate Student Academic Management

The management oF the post graduate student is the beginning oF thehigh education, it plays more important role oF the management oF the high education.In this role, it is meaningFul to the research oF the academic oF postgraduatestudents.The education oF the postgraduate students should keep the pace oF therhythm oF the society, it should contains most aspects oF the culture. So with the highpace oF the society, the education will go on. The institutions oF high education is theplace which cultivates top talents, spreads knowledge and ecological science andtechnology. But in the society, as we all know, there’re some harmFul aspects to thehigh education everywhere, these are the grate challenges to the research oFpostgraduates academic. So the success oF the postgraduate academic not only plays theimportant role oF development oF our China, but also to the eFFiciency oF Strategyrelying on science and education. All in all, the important oF the postgraduate academicmanagement education is important.In this paper, we take the research oF ordinary schools as the role, using themethods oF literature research, trying to analyze the currant situations oF academicmoral in the ordinary schools our China, explaining related concepts oF postgraduatestudent academic management, summarizing some harmFul aspects to the research. Atlast, we suggest some advices and managements, stating the model oF academicecology.
