Research On The Cultivation Of Academic Postgraduates In Higher Education

The development level of postgraduate education is related to the national economic development and comprehensive national strength.With the issuance of policies such as degree and postgraduate education development "13th five-year" plan and China's education modernization 2035,it is an important mission for the development of higher education to focus on improving the quality of postgraduate education.It is found that academic postgraduate students of higher education in China have made remarkable achievements in the development process of nearly 40 years,which further promotes the development of higher education subjects in China.However,with the continuous expansion of enrollment in recent years,some problems also appear,which affect the improvement of training quality.How to improve and perfect the training of academic postgraduate students in higher education has become an urgent task in postgraduate education.This paper is based on the theory of man's all-round development and the internal and external relationships between higher education theory.By using literature research,investigation study and case analysis,combing and analyzing the relevant concepts and theories as well as the cultivation status of academic postgraduate training in higher education,it summarizes and refines the problems mainly in recruitment,training scheme,practice,scientific research and academic ability,the quality of degree thesis and mentor to guide,quality evaluation system of the seven aspects existing in the higher education academic graduate student cultivation.Based on the advanced experience and practice in the cultivation of academic postgraduate students of higher education in representative universities in China,this paper proposes the following seven improvement strategies for the main problems: pay attention to the recruitment work,optimize the training program,strengthen the practice link,improve scientific research and academic ability,improve the quality of dissertation,improve the guidance level of tutors and perfect the quality evaluation system,which ensure that the cultivation of academic postgraduates in higher education follows the laws of social and economic development and higher education,improve the quality of the cultivation of academic postgraduates in higher education and meet the diverse needs of the society for higher education talents.
