Every primary and secondary school teacher has rich teaching experience,which is the real power to control teachers' teaching behavior and is closely related to teachers' daily education practice.Teaching experience learning among teachers is an important way for teachers to progress,and its ultimate purpose is the generation and transcendence of teaching experience.Teaching experience learning is of inestimable value and significance to the professional growth of teachers,the improvement of teaching effectiveness and the test of the rationality of teaching theory.Most teachers learn by teaching experience,intentionally or unintentionally,in one form or another.The key to teaching experience learning lies in the learning of teaching experience,which is generated and developed in the classroom.To learn from a teacher's teaching experience,one must enter the classroom.The analysis of teachers' classroom teaching behavior by listening to class evaluation is the learning of teachers' teaching experience.Listening to class evaluation is an important and common teaching experience learning form for primary and secondary school teachers.However,although it has changed teachers' internal teaching experience to some extent,there are also some practical problems that need us to improve.Therefore,in the practice of primary and secondary schools,the questionnaire method and interview method are used to investigate and understand the current situation of the teachers' experiential learning by listening to the class evaluation.It is found that there are the following problems in the current primary and secondary school teachers' experiential learning by listening to and evaluating lessons: the content of experiential learning by listening to and evaluating lessons is extensive and lacks pertinence;The course evaluation teaching experience learning process is subjective and lack of scientific nature;The learning results of the teaching experience are fragmented and lack of systematicness.Listening to the evaluation teaching experience learning formalization,lack of substantive.Teaching experience is the important resources in the primary and secondary school teachers listen to evaluation teaching experience learning,but the reality is that scattered precious teaching experience in the field of teaching in the spontaneous state,is not easy to capture tacit state,and video as a new means of class is an ideal carrier of teaching experience,it can realize the teaching experience of curing,guarantee the teaching experience of comprehensive,authenticity and vitality,has the advantage of listening experience in teaching evaluation study of three aspects: to cure real teaching situation;Conducive to reflective learning of teaching experience;It is beneficial to the implementation of teaching experience learning process and the integration of results.Based on the practical problems and the unique advantages of classroom video in the experiential learning of listening to and evaluating teaching,this paper constructs an experiential learning model of listening to and evaluating teaching based on classroom video,and reveals its basic characteristics,operating procedures and guarantee conditions.This mode enables primary and secondary school teachers to have carrier,standard,focus,theme and sublimation in listening to the teaching experience of evaluation,which provides a concrete implementation plan for primary and secondary school teachers to listen to the teaching experience of evaluation.In addition to overcoming the disadvantages of the current primary and secondary school teachers' experiential learning by listening to class evaluation,the model also has its own construction value.The effective development of school-based teaching and research;The formation of practical knowledge;The generation of inductive teaching theory.
