Research On Fast Food Culture’s Impact On Adolescents’ Moral Orientation And Relevant Education Countermeasures

From fancily packaged entertainment magazines, colorful pocketbooks, fancy cartoons, fantastic and romantic novels, from different kinds of “soapoperas”,“traversing operas”,“Pop Man”,“Pop Woman” and “Chinese Nice Sound”,“fast food culture” at all levels has almost penetrated into every corner of theadolescents’ life, offering simple and easy education for people in this quick-pacesociety, gradually changing people’s moral orientation, especially that of the youth. Allthis leads to the rise of uneasiness and instability throughout the whole society, in whicheveryone is eager for quick success and instant success.This paper makes use of literature review, questionnaires and interviews to make aresearch on the adolescents’ ideas about “fast food culture” and its influence on theirmoral cognition, passion, will and behaviors. The freshness and popularity of “fast foodculture” leads to its reasonable existence and its positivity on the one hand. On the otherhand, its rapidness, popularity and instant fashion may also help them most uneasy andinstable, always eager for quick success and instant success in their moral orientation.This paper makes an analysis of the negative impact of “fast food culture” on theadolescents’ moral orientation.
