China has a long history and culture and is rich in content.And “People regard food as their heaven” and food culture is also one of the most interesting content for international students.For foreign students,what and how to eat in China is a very important part of their study abroad life.For Thais who have just arrived in China,eating is not an easy task,which has a lot to do with the lack of food culture teaching in Thai Chinese teaching.This article is mainly based on my internship experience in primary and secondary schools in Thailand,based on “Experiencing Chinese High school program”(Thai version),and analyzes the deficiencies of Thai students in learning Chinese food culture,and uses“Experiencing Chinese High school program” third volume of the ninth lesson "today's my treat," as the starting point,classroom instructional design food culture of a foreign language lesson early stage,in trying to analyze materials,understanding of students on the basis of Chinese food culture knowledge appropriate point In addition,through the explanation of China's eight major cuisines,as well as the teaching of various dishes,condiments,and cooking methods in Chinese food culture,we strive to enable Thai students to establish a complete concept of Chinese food culture.The author hopes that the research in this paper can improve the deficiencies in the teaching of Chinese food culture in Thailand.And hope to provide some useful reference and inspiration for other teachers engaged in teaching Chinese in Thailand Intermediate Chinese culture instructional design vocabulary.
