Culture fast food, has many positive features as well as negative effects. Clearly and correctly understanding of this point will help us to guide the students to absorb the nutrition of fast food cultual, prevent the inflation of its negative impact, in particular the impact on chinese language teaching in middle schools. As students improve language skills, get reading habit mainly from the classroom. This paper seeks to analyze the origin of culture fast food through its background and reasons, demonstrate the necessity and unavoidability of cultural fast food, and analyze the basic features of culture fast food. The author analyzed the negative impact of cultural fast food on language teaching, through listing the findings engaged in many years'language teaching, and strive to solve the problem-"how to reduce the negative impact of culture fast food to middle school chinese language teaching", and to explore the ways to solve the problem, the strategies and to give some help on our current research in chinese language teaching.The article start with definition of culture fast food, combining with the text fast food, graphics fast food, video fast food, network fast food, which are closely connected to students lifes, to analyze the culture fast food phenomenon. Then the article defined the culture fast food from theoretical level, analyzed causes of culture fast food, demonstrated the necessity of its existence and popularity. Analyzing the basic characteristics of culture fast food and exploreing reasons of the wide range popularity of this culture in middle school students, build the groundwork of discussing on the rational use of fast-food culture, reducing the negative impact. Followed is the category of culture fast food and analysis of students'changes of reading habits and changes of ideas caused by the changes of public reading habits in this background. Combined with the nature of culture fast food, reading instruction characteristics of the current examination-oriented education, psychological characteristics of students themselves, the article analyzed the characteristics of middle school language reading instruction and further elaborated the impact on the middle school language teaching. As the popularity of multimedia teaching, culture fast food is widely used in classroom. the negative impact of culture fast food on language learning for middle school has grown. The purpose of this article is to analyze the attitude we should adopt to culture fast food, to explore the effective way and teaching strategies to reduce the negative impact of fast food culuture on the chinese language teaching of middle school. Education should be carried out in schools, but also in the community, in order to achieve better results. Therefore, in addition to classroom teaching strategies, exploring teachers, family, social media and the students themselves would also be helpful to instruct effective reading in the context of culture fast food.
