Nowadays, human problem is the cultural issue. To solve the current human problem, people are required to evaluate world-organized culture in all possible culture field. Food culture is a part of culture. Food system among food culture is to satisfy cultural mechanism for human basic nutrition. At present, food with national characteristics and local feature is indispensable part of tourism, which has become new economical growth of contributing local economic development.National traditional food culture is now promoting local economy, which has come out first in the list of strategy to local economy, especially the minority local economic development. Take Yanbian for an example. In recent years, by promotion of Yanbian tourism, Korean traditional food is not what they used to make by hand, but gradually has come into being industrial chain of industry,scale, characteristics. And Korean traditional food has greatly benefited from market efficiency. Korean traditional food not only promotes Yanbian cultural industry development also reflects a great potential and long-range perspective of Korean traditional food. In the meanwhile, they have provided new feasible patterns for Korean culture that are passed on from generation to generation.
