Literature plays an important role of understanding, the education function andaesthetic function.These effecst that make the school of literature education isindispensable.Literature knowledge, as part of the literature education in the juniorhigh school, actually undertakes the responsibility for cultivating the students’literature accomplishment. However, currently there exist a number of deficiencies inthis aspect. The current literature knowledge is not enough to be a solid foundation tosuspend the mansion of literature education.This paper will be divided into three parts to discuss the literature knowledgecontent of Chinese curriculum in junior high school.The first part is introduction in which the origin, value, status core and methods ofresearch on the literature knowledge content of Chinese curriculum in junior highschool will be mainly illustrated.The second part is the main body including these chapters:1. Discuss the value of the literature knowledge content of Chinese curriculum injunior high school.2. Historical and present investigation on the literature knowledge content ofChinese curriculum in junior high school will be conducted.3. Idea of restructuring the literature knowledge content of Chinese curriculum injunior high school will be put forward.The third part is conclusion, which summarizes the deficiencies of this paper’sresearch and proposes the future research direction.This research focuses on the literature knowledge content of Chinese curriculum injunior high school and starts with the curriculum theory perspective to try torestructure literature knowledge content of Chinese curriculum in junior high school byusing the contemporary theory of knowledge and psychology. This paper argues thatthe reconstruction the literature knowledge content of Chinese curriculum in juniorhigh school should be in the following aspects: comb the literary history knowledge,optimize literary genre knowledge, supplement literary anecdotes knowledge, clear anddefinite literary theory knowledge, update literary appreciation knowledge, revitaliteliterary writing knowledge, preference for to literary language knowledge.
