| Organizing learning community in senior school political class may help raisesenior students interests in this lesson and make the teaching more effective. In thelong-term teaching practice, there are many theories about organizing learningcommunity both in China and overseas. These theories have been developing andimproving. Putting these theories in senior school political class caters to the reform ofsenior school ideological and political class. Besides, it helps us to look at teaching timein a new way, and get rid of the dilemma senior school political class faces now. Thisarticle, researching systematically about the theories and practice of organizing thelearning community, focuses on the theoretical base of organizing learning communityin senior school political class as well as its ways to practise.This article consists of three pars:Part1an analysis of the learning community of senior school political class. Firstly, linesmust drawn between the learning community, the learning community in class, and thelearning community in senior school political class. Secondly, analysis must be doneabout the theory about learning community of senior school political class. We may alsorefer to some foreign theories concerning learning community.Part2After analyzing the culturing of the learning community in senior school politicalclass, the existing problems and causes of these problems by means of, say,questionnaire, we have accumulated useful material for this article. This analysis alsocovers the research on the practical ways of cultivating the learning community insenior school political class, come up with some ideas about organizing the learningcommunity in senior school political class, elaborate about the principles about setting the learning community, analyze the basis of grouping a learning community and reasonthe organization of the learning community.Part3Based on the analysis mentioned above, we come up with the learning communitymechanism in senior school political class, such as dialogue-communication mechanism,communication mechanism, cooperation-innovation mechanism and performance-evaluation mechanism, etc. After having a detailed analysis of the teaching case andthe empirical material in senior school political class, we start to build the base formsand practical forms of the learning community in senior school political class, pushingthe reform of senior school ideological and political class. |
