Under the circumstances of curricular reform, the ability to make test paper has become an important indicator of teachers. To improve the quality of the paper made by:physics teachers is helpful to fulfill the teaching evaluation principle and improve students:thinking ability. Throughout the papers on making test paper, researchers mainly analyze the College Entrance Examination papers qualitatively and evaluate the test papers with the theory of measurement psychology; few researchers study the quality of test paper made by high school physics teachers.This paper contains three parts. In the first part, the author makes a theoretical discussion, analyses the factor that influence paper-making and proposes technical specifications in making high school test papers. In the second part, by studying and comparing2008-2013Jiangsu college entrance physical test papers and mold papers of N City on knowledge coverage, the author draws a conclusion that the testing point in model test is more than that in college entrance test paper of physics, but the testing types in model test are less than that in college entrance test paper. The college entrance test paper in Jiangsu province tends to test students’ability, including the ability of comprehension, reason, analyzing, experiment and the ability to solve physical problems with the knowledge of mathematics. Through analysis, the author finds that the proportion related with the five abilities above has greater stability in college entrance test paper than in the model test papers, which focus more on the ability of using mathematics. At the end of this part, the author points out the items that need pay attention to. In the third part, based on researching the evaluation form of high school physics papers, the author proposes some suggestions on perfecting test content, developing the ability of teacher to make test papers, and regularizing the making of test paper.
