The latest standard for compulsory education is based on the elementary target ofnurturing students’ Chinese reading and wirting. It poses a new study style ofself-study,co-work and probe. And this new study style plays an important part in learning.This paper will explain the study atmosphere and its culture in the long run and theirinfluence and function. The writer try to name this cooperation the micro environment andstudy the behaviour in this environment. According to the writer’s teaching experience, thewriter finds the traditional teaching in class can no longer fit the learning requirement, theobtain and transfer of information. Under such circumstance, group work proves to bequite important. Studying individually has widened the students’ difference. They have noone else to share the book reviews with. The reading materials tends to be too naive forthem. They lack certain reading skills to enjoy reading. As a result, their reading abilitiesare improving slowly. In order to deal with these problems, the writer suggests that themocro environment can work for the students to encourage them to join in practice,activities and drills. Thus they can promote their self study, which in turns helps groupwork. The improvement can also have effect on micro environment. The influence canimprove the students’ Chianses by leading them to a better self-criteria, which enhancesthem to carry on with self-study. By doing so, we can probably achieve our goal inteaching Chinese.
