With the rapid development of information technologycmodern teaching modes such as network information and resources as content,multimedia and other modern teaching equipment have developed rapidly in the Chinese educational circle,compared with the traditional teaching mode of the teachers as the master of the classroom in the traditional teaching mode,nd the teaching theory under the information environment.In memory,such as methods,content,teachers' students' class proportion has changed greatly,and the most profound influence is related to teachers' reading related changes.Under such a change,teachers' reading contents,teachers' reading methods and teachers' reading purpose all have a sharp contrast with traditional teacher's reading.Based on the above mentioned problems,this paper investigates the reading status of 108 senior high school teachers through questionnaires and interviews,mainly from the understanding of teachers' traditional reading,teachers' reading ability and skills,the role of reading,teachers' self readin,the understanding of digital reading,and the full division of the5 dimensions.The potential relationship between all dimensions is analyze,and the relationship and the relative importance of all dimensions are determined through accurate data comparison.Finally,through literature research,questionnaire and interview survey,we conclude that under the information environment,teachers should pay attention to how to keep up with the change of modern teaching methods,improve the aspects of their own related abilities,and the development direction that should be maintained for a long time in the future.Research shows that high school teachers' reading level needs to be improved.Through the analysis of the data of the research,it is concluded that there are problems affecting teachers' reading,their own factors and external factors.This research results can improve teachers' reading level,provide reference for teachers' teaching process,provide guidance for teachers' teaching caree,provide some valuable information for teachers to understand the development of science and technology,improve teaching ability and so on,also play a reference and reference role for the follow-up research on this aspect.
