Therefore, how to let students body workout, lets thestudent initiative into sports activities, become an important task of moderneducation management departments and schools.Quality education reform is put forward in the process of big recessphysical activity is a new kind of recess activity form, changed the traditionaltime is short, the simplification of the lesson hold, boring, and the effect ofpoor condition, meet the needs of the development of modern society. Andadvocate the development in our country big recess sports activities began in1999, its purpose is to make the physical and mental health of studentsall-round development, make activities more rich and colorful, flexible andvaried.The data collection is mainly using the literature data method,questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, taking Taiyuan cityYingze District high school big break sports activities as the research object,through to the Taiyuan city Yingze District Taiyuan fifteen, Taiyuan twelve,Taiyuan foreign language school, Taiyuan twenty-ninth middle school, Shanxiexperimental high school, middle school, the hill school into7key schoolson-the-spot investigation, analysis and summary of various schools and theexisting problems, and draw a theoretical point of view to Taiyuan city YingzeDistrict big break sports activities carried out smoothly.Through the investigation and analysis: first, high school of Taiyuan city Yingze District big break sports activities is relatively good in the form ofcontent, and there are28.6%schools have big break sports activities as theirown school characteristics of the project (such as the twenty-ninth MiddleSchool of Taiyuan city). Second, high school students in Taiyuan District ofYingze City, more than65.9%of the students are very interested in the bigbreak sports activities, by the attitude, hope to enrich themselves in theactivities, to enrich their campus life. At the same time, after the students toparticipate in activities, the students master the physical fitness and motorskills are improved. However, there are about11.7%students on the big breaksports indifferent, don’t love even didn’t like very attitude, for these studentsto the school administrators, teachers and parents to do ideological work, letthem recognize the benefits and necessity in the big break sports activities.Third, Taiyuan city Yingze District55.1%high school school sports recesstime for5times a week, with4times the most appropriate, most schoolactivities are developed in gymnastics and school advantage projects, projectswith other activities, mainly concentrated in the ball game project and on theproject.Fourth, Taiyuan city Yingze District high school because of theinfluence of the contents of a single form, venues, facilities and other factors,the school big break sports activities not balance.In view of the problems put forward the following suggestions:1, Theworking mechanism of the school to have a system, form the principal leadersin charge of sports teachers down the student teacher, at every level, layerupon layer has the responsibility of management system;2, the school leadersto increase the professional training for teachers, organizational learningteams to communicate;3, To ensure the reasonable sports equipment, increasespecial funds;4, in the content and form of choice, as far as possible to makethe diversification, diversification and with rhythm strong music;5,organization and management and evaluation system, more systematic,scientific, systematic.
