In order to enhance students’ physique and promote good health, Guizhou province ensures that primary and secondary school students take 1 hour campus sports activities every day. Thus, a lot of middle and primary school actively carry out and implement large recess sports activities, but there were many problems during the implementation process. Thus, for the sake of researching those problems better, this article conducts a survey of large recess sports activities’ current situation to the 450 teachers from 90 primary schools in Guizhou province under the combination of the theory and time research of large recess sports activities via document literature method, questionnaire method and mathematical statistics, etc. The result is obtained below through the analysis and discussion of data:1. the management system of large recess sports activities that made by schools is defective and most of the supervision mechanism rest on macroscopic level. At the same time, schools haven’t built up evaluation and feedback system and scarcely supervise the implementation oflarge recess sports activities.2. Sufficient propaganda work of large recess sports activities hasn’t been conducted at schools, and teachers know little about this activity and pay less attention to it.3. The event and content of large recess sports activities are monotonous, which don’t meet the actual need of large students.4. Gym teachers in our province are short of opportunities to take part in activities in regard to ‘large recess sports activities and its development’.5.Students’ enthusiasm,to a large extent,will be effected by the small per capital sphere of activity and the lack of sports equipment when implementing,Large recess sports Activity.6.runs the initiative of students with multiple routes and projects.In the end, this article puts forward corresponding strategies to deal with the existing problems of large recess sports activities which appear during the implementation process: 1. Reasonable and sound evaluation system of large recess sports activities should be established for the sake of offering system guarantee to the effective launch of it. 2. The mobilization work to ‘the carry out of large recess sports activities’ should be done properly. 3. Constantly inject ‘age trend feature’ to the update of large recess sports activities according to students’ interest and carry out it scientifically and orderly. 4. Taking full advantage of pupil resource, inject fresh ‘blood’ for large recess sports activities. 5. Make use of recyclable waste to explore sports equipment.
