| Both Chinese educator Confucius advocated individualized, or the American Psychologist Gardner’s theory of multiple intelligences scientists have confirmed the existence of differences in students. At this stage, elementary art teaching, teachers should pay attention to the existence of differences of students, art class assignments layered arrangement is a worth exploring for the individual differences of students.Layered elementary school art class assignment to be reasonable, we must first make clear the differences of students, according to my usual teaching observation, student performance differences are mainly concentrated in the level of intelligence differences, gender differences, personality differences, differences in family experience, and interest differences, only by understanding the differences between the students, according to the differences of students, reasonable stratified art classwork can be applied. The so-called job stratification, refers to a flexible job optimized structure, which classifies the difference for students with different aims to stimulate students’ interest in learning, enhance participation and effectiveness of operations, so that different levels of students in learning activities can get different levels of improvement. I tried in elementary school art teaching practice through classroom art amount of work, the performance of the method, modeling approach, and the completion way experimental inquiry, and achieved good results, true to quality education fell at all, to improve the students’ art interest in learning, to enhance the students’ practical performance capabilities. |
