Inner Mongolia is the ethnic minority area and its main body isMongolian. The most important and unchangeable principle ofeducational development in Inner Mongolia is national education with thepolicy of priority. National early childhood education plays a vitalposition in the national education. Kindergarten is the main body andagency of Mongolian national preschool, its principle is to developeducation with Mongolian characteristic, in line with relevant nationaleducation policies, laws and regulations, aiming at making the fullpotential of Mongolian preschool students, meanwhile inherit andpromote the traditional Mongolian culture.This paper takes a Mongolian kindergarten in Wulatezhong town ofBayannaoer city as an example, and have a preliminary discussion aboutthe Mongolia preschool education. The thesis can be divided into threeparts, the introduction, main body and conclusion.The introduction first outlines the policy basis of fully developpreschool education and the current research situation given by relatedexperts and scholars about the Mongolian preschool education.Meanwhile, it elaborates the general situation and effects of Mongoliantraditional education, discusses the philosophy law, history andsignificance of Mongolian traditional education. The main body consists of two parts. The first part analyzes the childrenpsychological characteristic, teaching objectives, features and value ofMongolian preschool education.The second part of the body have a detailed analysis about thehistorical evolution, achievements, existing problems, countermeasuresand relevant aspects of the kindergarten in Wulatezhong town ofBayannaoer city, then comes the countermeasures.The conclusion elaborates that Mongolian preschool educationwhich aiming at its own historical culture should explore and make fulluse of rich resources of Mongolian traditional culture. On the basis ofcombination between self-development and state support, the effectivemechanism will speed up the development of national preschoolundertaking.
