With the rapid development of Master of Education enrollment year by year,Master of full-time Education is becoming a focus of the social attention. Since1996,China started the Master of Education related training plan,it has been more than tenyears by now, the cultivation of Master of Education has formed a relativelyindependent training plan. But actually, the current study on full-time Master ofEducation is still relatively limited. Full-time Master of Education is set for thepurpose of training primary teacher of high quality and management personal, inrecent years,it also trained many good teachers for our country. However, as a kind ofnormal student, many problems have been existed in full-time Master of Education’steaching ability training mode.In this research, I combined many respects of teachers’ teaching ability divisionstandard, and I used the research mode of literature, questionnaire approach andinterview, to make a deep investigation and analysis on the training mode of PrimaryEducation specialized full-time Master of Education’s teaching ability and trainingstatus, then find the specific problem in the process of teaching ability training, at thesame time, get the cause of problems in the training process, and then aiming at theproblems, I will give my suggestions to help improving the training mode.This research will be divided into five parts:In the first part, I will clarify the specific origin of this research and my researchbackground, and then make a summary and evaluation on the existing related researchachievements. In the second part, I will determine the specific research method anddefine the standard of teachers’ teaching ability. In the third part, I will make anquestionnaire survey and a interview survey on Primary Education major’s teaching ability of C university on the base of teachers’ teaching ability division standard, andthen I will make a concrete analysis of the survey result, and the problems and itsreason in the present condition of Primary Education major. In the fourth part, I willmake suggestions and improve strategies aiming at the problems of the teachingability training process.Conclusion of this research concludes the resulted summary and self-examination,and then I will point out the deficiency of this study and the thinking of subsequentresearch.
