Analysis And Countermeasure Research On The Teaching Ability Of The Professional Master Of Physical Education Colleges And Universities In Hunan Province

Under the background of popularization of higher education,graduate student enrollment expansion has become an indisputable fact, especially professional degree graduate student as the national major changes in the graduate education system, especially its expansion trend, is also very prominent contradictions. Therefore, this study adopts the method of documentary, expert interview and questionnaire survey research methods, such as, of hunan university, hunan normal university and jishou university graduation nearly three years and have engaged in sports teaching sports master the graduate student’s teaching ability, the results show that:1. A master’s degree in sports teaching ability mainly for teaching design ability, teaching ability, classroom management and teaching effect evaluation four aspects; 2. A master’s degree in sports in hunan province is given priority to with the boy, younger, have a certain teaching foundation;3. A master’s degree in hunan province sports teaching designability weak as a whole. Not comprehensive sports concept and implement of teaching plans not value, sports teaching material utilization rate is not high, the problems about curriculum content out of thin air; 4. A master’s degree in hunan province sports teaching ability, heavy theory course type, technology and competition; Compares a standard demonstration; But there’s the lax on the classroom routine inspection as well as the teaching method of a single question 5. A master’s degree in hunan province sports classroom management ability is not optimistic, classroom discipline and lax, supervision does not reach the designated position, face the problem of emergency disposal; 6. A master’s degree in hunan province sports teaching effect the single evaluation method, test results, the effect of using, not enough scientific and comprehensive evaluation results.Based on this, professional sports teaching ability of postgraduate in hunan province based on present situation analysis, the author from the in-depth culture sports concept,attaches great importance to the teaching plan writing;promotes the student individuality development four aspects of professional sports in hunan province to make recommendations to improve the teaching ability of postgraduate.
