Counselors are an important part of university teachers, colleges and universitiesengaged in moral education, to carry out the backbone of the ideological and politicaleducation of college students’ healthy growth mentors and guide. StrengtheningCounselors for accomplishing the ideological and political work, to cultivate qualifiedbuilders and reliable successors of socialism, has an extremely important role.Due to the high expectations of society, the role of positioning vague, someuniversities do not pay attention counselor team building, causing a serious shortageof counselors compiled heavy workload, pressure, coupled with professionalknowledge and lack of ability to make counselors deeply political-economic status,there is no sense of accomplishment, prone to slack work and burnout. Burnoutcollege counselors will not only cause personal injury occupational and social role,reducing the social value of the individual, but also to the growth and development ofcollege students a tremendous negative impact, is not conducive to a stable team ofcounselors is not conducive toward college career counselors, professional and expertdevelopment of roads, construction of college counselors enormous obstacles.This thesis in Yunnan college counselor burnout problem from sight ideologicaland political education, the use of questionnaires, interviews, surveys, literatureresearch methods, Yunnan Dali University three local universities, Yuxi TeachersCollege, Pu’er college counseling Job Burnout conducted a survey, focusing onanalysis discusses the status quo counselor burnout because of its impact, and proposed countermeasures have certain targeted. I hope through research, able tostrengthen the construction of university counselors, college counselors burnoutproblem solving provide a reference theory and practice. Specifically, I hope to beable to build professional counselors, career development path to provide a basis forthe design of the construction of access standards counselors systems provide someideas for college counselors to strengthen the system construction and management,use, and mitigation and elimination of college counselors to provide a reference forburnout.The thesis is divided into two parts: introduction, mainly introduces thebackground, current research, theoretical and practical significance of the study, thestudy methods. The second part is the body, consists of three chapters. The secondchapter discusses the performance of burnout, endangering the general causes ofburnout and burnout. The third chapter mainly with the investigation, analyzed thecauses of college counselors and occupational burnout phenomenon of burnout. Thefourth chapter mainly produced for college counselors to analyze the impact burnoutdiscussed, from the community, schools, students and their counselors four aspects,but each society, universities and raised their three counselors from helping collegecounseling staff burnout phenomenon basic countermeasures to be able to achieve theultimate goal to alleviate or eliminate counselor burnout phenomenon.
