Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Contemporary College Students' Occupational Values

In recent years,the scale of higher education popularization in China has been continuously expanding,and the number of college graduates has been increasing year by year.However,the employment situation of college graduates is not optimistic.Especially under the influence of the current international financial crisis,the employment situation of college graduates will be severe in a certain period of time,and the employment pressure is also relatively great.In the face of the new situation,the transformation of college students' career values plays a very important role in solving the employment problem."Our decisions," Sartre once said,"define us." In modern society,career choice directly determines people's income,lifestyle,social reputation,etc.,and in a sense affects others' evaluation of themselves.Career is the main source of personal happiness and self-worth.Therefore,an individual's career choice plays a key role in a person's life.During the study period,college students set up positive and correct career values in line with their ideal position,which has an important influence on their future career development path,life height and quality,career achievement,etc.At the same time,the distortion of college students' career values leads to the instability of enterprises and society in an endless stream.How to correctly examine the status of college students' vocational values and promote the career of college students' vocational values education has become a hot topic for researchers in this field.Body content in this paper is mainly based on the problem of the professional values of contemporary university students,first of all,defining the relevant concepts,professional values,socialist core values by combing Marx theory,analyzes the values of contemporary college students career guidance significance,providing theoretical basis for the research problem of college students' occupational values;Secondly,the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview were adopted to investigate and analyze college students from 12 colleges and universities in Jilin Province,so as to understand the status of contemporary college students' vocational values and clarify the existing practical problems and influencing factors of contemporary college students' vocational values.Thirdly,in view of the problems and causes,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems of vocational values of contemporary college students.Through perfecting the social security role in vocational values education,strengthening the guiding role in vocational values education in colleges and universities,play a role of family influence on the vocational values education,university students in the vocational values education main body role play together,in order to set up the correct occupational values of contemporary university students,scientific career,successful employment has certain help.
