Biology is an important subject in middle school and it is an important part of the students’ comprehensive development. Biology classroom teaching is developing toward the direction of more life, more development and more effective. Continuing to improve the effectiveness of biology teaching is the relentless pursuit of the educational workers. Learning motivation is an important factor that affecting students’active learning. Studies have shown that learning motivation is related to the effectiveness of teaching. This research conforms to the trend of integrating classroom teaching with other disciplines. It combined classroom teaching with educational psychology, meanwhile based on the theory study of motivation strategies, to construct the classroom teaching frame. of improve students’learning motivation in high school biology classroom. The Motivational strategies teaching can stimulate students’ learning motivation and improve the effectiveness of biology teaching.Through extensive literature survey, I discovered that motivational teaching pay attention to the study of motivation strategies without exception. Therefore, this paper focuses on the research on motivational strategies. And studied the strategies of teaching based on the research. The motivation strategy research of this paper is built on the basis of summarizing others’ motivation strategy. It can be said that it is standing on the shoulders of giants.In motivational strategies research, Keller’s ARCS motivation strategies is widely accepted as the perfect motivation strategy.Firstly, the paper did the theoretical research on motivational strategies. The paper summed up the motivational strategies of this paper based on the Keller’s motivation strategies and strategies of the Barbara. Then, the paper did research on the application of motivational strategies teaching and did the example research on each of the strategies about how to use in the biology teaching of the.On this basis, the paper designed a framework of application of using the motivational strategies in the classroom teaching process. Finally, this paper carried on the empirical research on the motivational strategies teaching, verifying the validity and efficiency of the motivational strategies teaching. Applying the designed motivation strategy teaching to i biology classroom teaching. Also set up a group of non motivational strategies teaching as the control group. Based on comparing two aspects that the students’ motivation level and the students’ acquisition of knowledge. Found that the motivational strategies teaching can well stimulate the students’ learning motivation and can better grasp of the classroom content. It proved that the motivational strategies teaching can improve the effectiveness of teaching.
