Xinjiang is the place where a number of nationalities live together,the minority of the total population 60.68%.In recent years,all the Xinjiang in carrying out under the condition of the social stability and development,to maintain stability in Xinjiang to become the common goal of the people.Want to maintain social stability,the need to improve the overall quality of all Xinjiang people,increase their cultural level,cultivate the talents of ethnic minorities,more especially to raise the level of primary and secondary school education of minority children,improve their status in society,to ensure social stability.Stability,strengthen national unity.Kazak,as the important part of the Xinjiang minority nationality,of course you want to make contributions to development of Xinjiang.Improve the Kazak students academic performance is an important task,why don't Kazak students love learning?Why have no interest in chemistry?How to do ability to let them like chemistry,take the initiative to learn chemistry,improve their score in chemistry?The implementation of the new curriculum reform has a new requirement to the high school chemistry learning motivation,especially in the backward education of Xinjiang,to improve the minority students academic performance is an important part of enhance the level of the whole education in Xinjiang.Since the author has a job in the work of teaching really realize students are not interested in chemistry,and even hate chemistry.Therefore this study through the investigation and the high grade of Kazak students' chemistry learning motivation status quo,and how to stimulate learning motivation put forward the corresponding strategies,chemistry teaching some meaningful Suggestions for the future.This study consists of five parts.The first part puts forward problems and research status of high school chemistry learning motivation at home and abroad were reviewed.The second part through the literature,providing theoretical basis for this article.The third part introduces research methods and results.The fourth part,according to research results,and puts forward the author's strategy.The fifth part of this study summarized,put forward the innovation points,for reflection and prospect.
