Survey On College Stadium’s Current Openness Condition And Countermeasures In Si’chuan Province

Alone with the rapid increase in China’s economy, new advancements havebeen made in the construction of college stadium and it constitutes a large proportion of thewhole amount of stadium, which lays a deep foundation for the promotion of physical activityin China. However, there still exits an evident and serious problem, e.g. the rare usage ofcollege stadium. Even though series of measures and legislations have been carried out, littleeffect came out. From the perspective of social demand, the low usage of college stadiumconstrains heavily the promotion of physical activity. Therefore, there is a demanding call forresearch on the openness of college stadium.With research method of survey, literature review and logics of deduction, the currentoperating condition of stadium in Si’chuan province has been analyzed. As a consequence, thecurrent problems have been summarized, including low usage of stadium, low level ofmanagement and side effect of heavy economic burden.The corresponding suggestions have also been put forward, for instance, make areasonable schedule for opening; cope with the relation between teaching and opennesswisely; improve the level of usage; strengthen training in management staff; provide moreinvestments; cultivate a proper consumer environment; facilitate the scientific management ofcollege stadium. In summary, through the investigation of the current open condition ofcollege stadium in Si’chuan province, useful lessons can be learned by colleges in elsewhereof China.
