The college entrance examination is the important factor of simplex teachingmode of small and medium-sized. The current trend of English college entranceexamination reform to promote the primary and secondary school’s English teachingreform, to reduce the learning pressure, etc. There must have much benefits, in theopposite side, the current teaching quality of primary schools’ English teaching is nothigh, the new trend also may led the further weaken, have more negative function.Then, based on the internationalization of education, national education will beaffected by the degree of internationalization. Based on this trend, this paper studiesthe national primary schools’ English teaching instructions and measures face the newsituation.At present in the national primary and secondary schools, they have nomore than three English lessons a week, the Mongolian students almost have no otherlanguage environment, which makes them no chance to use the English words theyhave learned, so they can’t improve their English skills, cultural background andMongolia, Han two languages’ influences lead to the Mongolian students’ somespecial obstacles. Part of the Mongolian teaching schools already reform the trilingualteaching experiment. However, Mongolian students’ English learning effect is stillpoor; it needs us to impact factors and thinking about the reasons. Tong Liao city isthe highest concentration of the Mongolian, in the whole autonomous region and evenin the whole country, the Tong Liao city’s Mongolian education can be arepresentation. In this paper, take the “Tong Liao Mongolian School" as the researchfocus, studied the minority schools’ English teaching in China. This article mainlyaround the following four modules on the influencing factors of the Mongolianprimary schools’ English teaching quality: one is the personal affecting factors ofMongolian primary schools’ English teaching (students), includes the students’learning motivation, learning will; Second, the teachers affecting factors among theMongolian primary schools’ English teaching, the teachers’ literacy and faculty; Thirdis the school’s affecting factors,the school curriculum and the campus culture; Fourthis teaching material factors, the selection of teaching materials. Finally is the paper’sconclusion.
