The thesis is based on the survey and research on Mongolian primary and middle schools in Otog Banner, and trying to analyse problems in the English teaching.The essay consists of five parts.The first part focuses on the aim, meaning, source of materials and ways.The second part describes the current situation of Mongolian primary and middleschools in Otog Banner.The third part deals with the present situation of Mongolian primary and middle schools in English teaching.The fourth part is focused on the problems existed in English teaching and puts forward the solutions of how to improve the English teaching in Mongolian primary and middle schools.The fifth part is the conclusion of the whole thesis.
