| As a member of the workers,teachers have been shouldering the important mission of answering questions,educating people and cultivating talents for the society.If a school wants to improve teaching quality and teaching progress,it must rely on all teachers to actively participate in educational work,with their passion and enthusiasm to achieve,and whether teachers are willing to participate in educational work depends on whether they are satisfied with the current work.Teachers’ job satisfaction is more closely related to the physical and mental health and development of students,and then has a profound impact on the great development of school management and education in Mongolia.As the founder of the development of education,especially the primary school teachers who play a leading role in the enlightenment of students’ life,the formation of personality and self-cognition,their job satisfaction has become a topic of concern to more and more researchers.In order to realize the sustainable development of education and the all-round progress of society,we should strive to stimulate the work potential and motivation of primary school teachers,and vigorously improve the job satisfaction of primary school teachers.It is found that the influencing factors of primary school teachers’ job satisfaction are salary,work environment and school management system,and the influence degree of these factors on teachers’ job satisfaction is also quite different.Therefore,it is very important to find strategies to improve the job satisfaction of primary school teachers in Mongolia.Based on the statistical analysis of the survey data of primary school teachers in Erdente City,this paper systematically studies the job satisfaction of primary school teachers and its influencing factors.The research contents include four aspects: first,the meaning of job satisfaction is combed and analyzed,and the influencing factors of job satisfaction,teacher job satisfaction and teacher job satisfaction are systematically analyzed and expounded.In this study,two-factor theory is selected as the theoretical basis.The second is to choose literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to carry out research on teachers’ job satisfaction.The questionnaire is based on the "teacher Job satisfaction scale" developed by Chinese scholar Feng Bolin,combined with the actual situation of Mongolian education,and has been adjusted to form a new questionnaire.This questionnaire was sent to 125 primary school teachers in Erdente City,and a total of 114 valid questionnaires were collected.Based on the questionnaire survey,seven teachers were selected for one-on-one interviews.The survey of job satisfaction of primary school teachers in Erdente City draws the following conclusions: the overall satisfaction of teachers is at the general level.The job satisfaction of different primary school teachers will be significantly affected by the differences in professional titles and academic qualifications,but less affected by gender and age factors.Third,according to the survey results and interview records,we can get the factors that affect the job satisfaction of primary school teachers in Erdente.The ranking of the influencing factors from low to high is as follows: salary,job stress,leadership management,self-realization,colleague relationship and so on.Finally,according to the research conclusions and the analysis of influencing factors,it is concluded that several improvement strategies,such as improving teachers’ social and economic status,reducing teachers’ work burden,establishing and perfecting teacher assessment and evaluation mechanism,enhancing teachers’ professional development space,strengthening the cultivation and guidance of students’ good literacy,can effectively improve the job satisfaction of primary school teachers. |
