Competition is everywhere in today’s society, people’s sense of competition from the age ofchild began to be cultured, indoctrinated, led to disdain humility made when solving problems,considering things. In this changing environment, how to enable students to find their own moralorientation and the use of rational thinking their own moral judgment to analyze this issue isbecoming increasingly important, this is also the needs of psychological and moral education.Research on the issue of humility, embodies the humility of living, intellectual, care function, helpstudents understand what is the real humility, relationships with several groups of humility amongtopics, designed to enhance the ability of experiencing humility among peers, improve students’ability to adapt to the environment, guidelines moral life of students.Humility mostly affiliated research in prosocial behavior, research on the behavioral level ofhumility involves more, lack of concern for the feelings of humility, through studying the literatureon peer relationships, humility, and peer ed ucation, status of research on the subject has done acomb, clarify the existing features of the three-part study, problems with intervention children’s peerrelationships is not deep enough, lack of attention to the humility of research on emotions, the s tudyscope of peer education to be extended.Combine with children’s cooperation strategy questionnaire, children’s cooperative attitudeScale and the interviews with students and their teachers, depend on four dimensions, developedquestionnaire about this topics,300students from three to the sixth grades in Wuxi city, Yanchengcity, Huai’an city and Changzhou city were randomly samples, In addition to interviewing thirteenteachers of these schools, Processing data with SPSS.13.0.the survey shows that lower and middle grades students are more aware of humility, Boys areeasier to exposed humility than girls, student’s willpower needs to be improved, middle gradestudents’ cognition and action are not coordinate, analysis the result of these findings, p ut forwardcorresponding countermeasures and suggestions. According to the survey and analysis, explore thepractical path about education of primary school students’ peer humility, based on the theory ofmoral emotions, in Taxonomy of Educational Objectives as a reference, From the cognitive,emotional and behavioral, intended target of primary companion humility education, aims to tap thepotential of students’ mental, development mental function, ultimately promote the overalldevelopment of human; on the content, focused interventions adverse emotional type of humility;on the operational activities, creation of peer educators Committee, student promote student,teachers guide students, carry out diverse activities about companions humility; evaluate studentresponses on the four dimensions by himself, companion, teacher tripartite, each dimension has itsown evaluation; exercise students’ rational thinking, improve the moral judgment, realization ofself-worth ultimately.
