Interpersonal communication has been the important field of domestic and foreign scholars.The study found that the influence of peer interaction in childhood is particularly important Self-efficacy from better peer interactions has very important influence on individual skills acquisition,self adjustment and pro-social behavior.However,at this moment,some elementary students have some problems diring peer interactions which affect their positive interaction with peers and their positive socialization.So how to improve the self efficacy of peer interaction in primary school students has received more and more attention in the current quality education.The study focus on improve the elementary student's self-efficacy during peer interactions.Based on the fully collection of data,analysis the problems and reasons with the students who has low self-efficacy in peer interactions,then with the needs of service object using group work for practical research.This research selects 21 pupils in X community who participated in the Youth Services Project as investigation objects,by using the scale to get the status of their self-efficacy for peer interaction The result of neasure indicated that the overall level of puplis' self-efficacy for peer interaction is below average.Then combined with the participation of the pupils,five students who have lower level of their self-efficacy for peer interaction are selected by the researcher as clients.By further analysis and the interview with the clients,the results also show that the problem in“The beliefs of Peer interaction"is that they are not aware of the advantage of themselves and the meaning of peer interaction,the problem in "The skills for Peer interaction" because they are lack of skills for peer interaction,and the last problem is that some emotional problems have influence on decision?making in“The feeling in Peer interaction".The reasons of the problems are cognitive problems,limited access to get the skills and emotional problems in interpersonaLTherefore,according to the analyses of the problems and causes,the researcher prepares the project and chooses the interaction patterns in group work to give the intervention,in order to improve the status of pupils' self-efficacy for peer interaction.With the guidance of self-efficacy theory and cognitive behavior theory,this research finally confirms five clients and five elementary students wtbo have higher level of peer interaction self-efficacy,then put them in same growing group.By 'The beliefe of Peer interaction' 'The skills for Peer interaction' The feeling in Peer interaction' three main dimensions,and eight times of the group wotks to carry out the specific intervention Then through process evaluation,outcome evaluation and social worker's self evaluation to know the effects of group interaction patterns5 intervention on the clients.The results show that the level of self-efficacy for peer interaction among the clients has been improved,and that mean the grotp work intervention has achieved a certain effect In the end,the research summarizes and reflects on the whole process of the intervention.
