| Humility is one of the pro-social behaviors of children.Interaction between children and others.In this study,children were randomly selected as observation objects,and the children’s humble behavior was observed by collecting data and self-made observation record of children’s humble behavior.The focus was on the children’s humble behavior in the aspects of humble object,humble behavior motivation,willingness level of humble person,activity mode of humble behavior,theme content of humble behavior,expression mode of humble behavior,result of humble behavior,feedback of humble object Teachers’ response to children’s humble behavior and other aspects of the characteristics and existing problems,and analyzes its influencing factors,and puts forward appropriate educational suggestions..Through observation and analysis,the following characteristics are found:1.The objects of humility behavior are mainly close same-sex peers,and the large class children tend to be modest to the children with close relationships.2.There are age differences in the types of humility activities and humility behaviors are more likely to occur in game activities.The large class has the most humility in game activities,the small class has more humility in life activities,and the middle class has more humility in teaching activities.3.The theme of children’s humble behavior is mainly toys.Small class and middle class toys are the most modest,while large class children are more modest.4.Children’s modest behavior motivation is mainly non utilitarian.5.Children’s humble behavior is mainly manifested in nonverbal humility.6.The level of children’s willingness to be modest is mainly active.Children in small classes mainly rely on persuasion,while children in middle and large classes are more active and humble.7.The results of the act of humility are mainly the smooth settlement of the matter and the satisfaction of both parties.8.Modest children receive mainly neutral feedback.In peer feedback,small class and middle class have more neutral feedback,while large class has more positive feedback;In the teacher feedback,the positive feedback of small class teachers is the main one,and the neutral feedback of middle class and large class teachers is the main one.At the same time,it summarizes the following problems in children’s humility behavior:1.It is difficult to be modest to ordinary companions.2.The content of children’s modest behavior is single.3.The lack of active modesty behavior education for small class children.4.The neglect of children’s verbal modesty education.5.Neglected by the feedback education of modest people.6.Teachers do not attach importance to positive feedback of children’s modest behavior.The researcher made a self-made interview outline and interviewed children,teachers and parents to deeply analyze the specific factors affecting children’s humble behavior.After sorting out and analyzing the interview content,the researcher summarizes the factors that affect the performance of children’s humble behavior.Finally,according to the performance of children’s humble behavior and the factors affecting children’s humble behavior in this study,combined with the age characteristics of children,the researcher put forward suggestions to teachers and parents to promote the development of children’s humble behavior. |
