The Problems And Counteermeasures Of Outdoor Sports In Colleges And Universitie Heilongjiang Province

This paper analyzes the phenomenon that some of the colleges in Heilongjiangprovince carry outdoor sports， using literature data method， questionnaire，investigation on the development status of outdoor sports in Heilongjiang Province，and finds out the influencial factors of outdoor sports in Colleges and universities inHeilongjiang Province， and puts forward the corresponding developmentcountermeasure，provides the theory reference for the Heilongjiang province outdoorsport development.The analysis and research shows that:1. The implementation of outdoor sports in Heilongjiang Province is not veryideal, in terms of the universities that develop outdoor sports，most of them are publicuniversities. private undergraduate colleges and private vocational basically don’topen outdoor sports courses. This kind of level development doesn’t make usoptimistic.2. The great importance that the leaders of all the colleges and universities inHeilongjiang province attached to outdoor sports depend on whether it can get along-last development.3. Most of the college students have a strong desire of popularizing outdoorsports. But hardware facilities and student consumption ability are limited, up outdoorsports. It is the second important factor.4. College teachers in Heilongjiang Province are lack on the theoretical studyof outdoor sports. The project level is not high, and the number of core publishedpapers is limited.
