Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Basketball Teams In Private Colleges And Universities In Heilongjiang Province

Studied eight private universities in Heilongjiang Province as the research object,this paper uses the literature material law,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other methods.It investigates the current situation of the development of private colleges' basketball teams in Heilongjiang Province.So the results showed that: One,the majority of private colleges in Heilongjiang Province pay much attention to the results of the competition,but attach little importance on training,venues,funds and other aspects of the input value.Second,basketball team patterns of private colleges in Heilongjiang Province and management mechanism remains to be further improved.Three,basketball team players of private colleges in Heilongjiang Province are from a single source,and the entrance before competitive level is low.Outstanding contradictions between learning and management should be strengthened.Four,to basketball teams of private colleges in Heilongjiang Province,the lack of systematic training is very serious.Five,competition mechanism about basketball teams of the private colleges in Heilongjiang Province is unreasonable,and basketball teams are lack of entry opportunity and experiences of competitions.Six,of private colleges in Heilongjiang Province most basketball teams' coaches are appointed by the school.Education level of the coach team are improved,but the coach training opportunity is less,and the coaches coaching enthusiasm is not high.Seven,private colleges in Heilongjiang Province basketball venues and other hardware facilities,some universities have no indoor training venue,hardware equipped with imperfect situation.Single funding way,cannot meet the needs of the team's daily training,larger influence on coaches coach and team training.Deep understanding to basketball teams of private colleges in Heilongjiang Province in the daily training,coaches and athletes in the competition,funds investment,condition,facilities and other aspects,the author earnestly analyzed the restricting factors of the development of the non-governmental university basketball team in Heilongjiang Province.In order to find out the countermeasures to solve the problems,the study provided theoretical basis for promoting the healthy and continuous development of basketball sports in private colleges in Heilongjiang Province.
