As an important criterion for major construction level in secondary vocational schools, cultural construction has been emphasized a lot. Being a critical aspect in the process of cultural construction, professional cultural construction attracts more and more attention. Along with the more significance people pay on the development of professional culture in leading its construction, however, few people study professional cultural construction in secondary vocational schools from the joint standpoint between enterprise and professional cultures.This paper treats the relationship between major and enterprise cultures in secondary vocational schools from the connotation analysis of them. The paper manages to find the meeting point between major and enterprise cultures in secondary vocational schools from their professional culture based on the enterprises’ relevant theories together with the practical experience and background about major cultural construction in Industrial Technology School in Suzhou Industrial. It studies the strategies of professional culture in secondary vocational schools which is highly matched with enterprise culture. Theoretical principles, contents, channels and ways will be concluded on the major cultural construction in secondary vocational schools.Though professional culture in secondary vocational schools is different from enterprise culture in many aspects like properties, subject, aims, channels and so on. There is some inner original relationship between them such as universality and integration of culture. This makes it possible to join the two cultures together. This paper is devoted to the main principles of their meeting point, i.e. activity, selectivity, opening, practicalness. Based on these principles, this paper discusses with channels and ways of joining professional spiritual culture, system culture, material culture and behavioral culture in secondary vocational schools and enterprise culture. Meeting strategies and suggestion are put forward with school culture as the main body, leading by excellent enterprise culture based on professional material cultural construction, focused on professional spiritual culture, depending on professional system culture and behavioral culture, featured by curriculum culture.
