With the continuous progress and development of our society,"healthy" received specialattention. Students are the future builders of the motherland; the Chinese nation is amanifestation of vitality. Their physical and mental health of more concern to us. On physicalactivity and mental health are mutually reinforcing relationship problems, has also beenemphasis on sports psychology academia and industry, research in this regard has also been acertain depth. Actively participate in physical activity is necessary for ways to improve thephysical health of contemporary pupils. In this paper grades four elementary schools in Dalian,two, four, six male and female students for the survey, using May2002Liu Ye LiaoningNormal personality development of students assessed the revised questionnaire survey tool.According to sports hobbies pupils to develop scientific programs for the physical andmental development proposals put forward science students, conducted the study on culturedprimary interest in sports, enhance physical fitness pupils have some effectiveness, but alsoto achieve the purpose of Physical Education. While taking advantage of exerciseprescription in teaching to enhance students’ mental health made some guidance methods andtheoretical basis.In order to investigate the relationship with the sports-loving students personalitydevelopment projects, the paper used questionnaires to217randomly selected boys and girls232people, conducted a survey and analysis of their favorite sports personality, the resultsare as follows:1. After one pair like to participate in badminton personality traits of different genderstudents compare discovery: the intelligent features and pro-social aspects, different genderpupils no significant difference (P>0.05) on the two dimensions, boys and girls personalitytraits in two dimensions, there are similarities relationship described like badminton studentsof different genders are intelligent and pro-social characteristics of these two personalitytraits.2. Anvoa two pairs like badminton grade three students conducted found that: smartfeature dimensions, the comparison of the results of the grade three students were nosignificant differences (P>0.05), described in items like badminton students in differentgrades both have a smart feature of this personality trait. 3. Pairs like personality traits involved in swimming events of different gender studentsto compare and found: in pro-social aspects, different gender pupils no significant difference(P>0.05) on this dimension, boys and personality traits in this dimension the existence ofcommon relations, indicating that students of different genders like swimming movementshave pro-social personality traits.4. Four pairs of personality traits like to participate in the football program to comparestudents of different genders found: carefully controlled and intelligent features ofpersonality dimensions, the students of different genders no significant difference (P>0.05)on the two dimensions, boys and girls personality traits on which there is a commonrelationship between the two dimensions, indicating different sports like football genderpupils have serious and intelligent automation features of these two personality traits.5. Pairs like personality traits involved in the basketball program of different genderstudents to compare and found: the pro-social aspects, different gender pupils no significantdifference (P>0.05) on this dimension, boys and personality traits in this dimension theexistence of common relations, indicating that students of different genders like basketballhave such a pro-social personality traits.6. Anova six pairs like basketball program conducted by grade three students found: theemotional dimension, the comparison of the results of the grade three students were nosignificant differences (P>0.05), described in the basketball program like different grades ofstudents both have the emotional personality traits.
